Dr Anthony Yapanis: MB BS, FRACP, FCSANZ.
Graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1984 and did basic physician training and Cardiology advance training at the Austin Hospital. He did a fellowship in Echocardiography at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, UK to complete his fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 1992.
Since that time, he has been a Cardiologist working predominantly in Echocardiography at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Epworth Hospital and since 1997 at Box Hill Hospital. His particular interests are in the assessment of cardiac valve disease and new ultrasound modalities to assess left ventricular function.

Dr Brian Edis: MB BS, University of WA 1962, FRACP
I am a paediatric cardiologist, who has been working in the discipline from 1971 onward. I trained at the Royal Children's Hospital with sabbatical work at Toronto Hospital for Sick Children and the Boston Children's Hospital.
I have had a consultant cardiology appointment at RCH until 2005. I have retired from clinical consultancy work, but am continuing with echocardiography reporting for Cardiolab and foetal echocardiography at the Royal Women's Hospital. I am an occasional visiting outpatient Paediatric Cardiologist to Tasmanian Public Hospitals.

Dr Bennett J Sheridan: MBBS, BMedSci(Hons), FRACP, FCICM, FCSANZ.
Paediatric Cardiologist and Intensive Care specialist. Graduate of Monash University trained as a Paediatrician in Brisbane then returned to Melbourne, completed Fellowships in Paediatric Cardiology and Paediatric Intensive Care. Current appointments include Paediatric Cardiologist and Intensivist at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and Visiting Cardiologist at Monash Children’s Hospital.

Dr Darren P Hutchinson: MBBS(Hons), FRACP.
Paediatric and Fetal Cardiologist trained in Melbourne, Australia. Graduate of Monash University and then undertook his General Paediatric training through The Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne. Fellowships in both Paediatric Cardiology and Paediatric Cardiac Imaging at The Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne. Recently returned from twelve-month sub-specialty Clinical and Research Fellowship in Fetal Cardiology at Stollery Childrens Hospital in Alberta, Canada.
Current joint appointment at The Royal Childrens Hospital Melbourne (General Paediatric Cardiologist) and The Royal Womens Hospital Melbourne (General and Fetal Cardiologist).
